Does anyone know if movement sensitive lights were considered? In this day and age when we are trying to all keep an eye on our carbon foot prints, it seems a shame that these lights are on a lot of the time when nobody is there.
I walked back from the train station several times over the last few weeks at around 4-5.30 ish when I would have expected people there playing and it is deserted.
Surely those floodlights must be quite expensive, it seems a real waste to me. |
