Ha, so we were spotted then.
Yes it was some members of the PC doing a walkabout on matters relevant to their committee i.e. Environment.
But dont tell anyone that these do nothing councillors were walking about in the cold checking on work done/to be done/ etc etc on their day off.
Actually you should have come and asked us Clueless, a few people did speak to us and ask questions, which was great.
Next time we may just wear hoodies!!
