Over the last 6 months I've watched the weeds grow to nearly 6 feet making this facility totally unusable. My 5 year old used to love cycling on this, but can no longer use it. Who is responsible for the upkeep of this? And who can I can complain too?

Complain to Angmering Parish Council who are responsible for the track.

Isn't this area covered by the landscapers employed by APC or is it just another example of poor value for money contractors?

Not sure whether the track falls within the maintenance contract. Perhaps someone on APC can advise.
