As you will see on the police page 2 youths were arrested in july for allegedly collecting money for charity i know who these two are and they are a right couple of morons always in trouble and never seem to get punished,
i think it's disgusting that these idiots are walking around laughing about what they have done
eg vandalism,thefts,arson,fraud/allegedly.
They wander around the village in the early hours of the morning up to no good the have been threatened with asbo's but don't care they go to court and get silly little fines, it's about time they were locked up and punished properley also Named and Shamed.

Whilst we probably share your unkind thoughts towards these miscreants in our current society with its crazy laws they would probably have employed some ambulance chaser to sue the residents of the bungalow for injuries sustained by their own stupidity.
Why haven't they been arrested & charged with criminal damage & harassment? |

This has now made front page news in the littlehampton gazette, and the police are now looking into it.
Will be very interesting to find out what the outcome of that is, probably another small fine and a smack on the rist... |

| Just an update for taking defrauding the charity they have yet again got a minimal fine and some comunity work hours, again they are laughing about it. Disgusted! How they can steal from dying and seriously ill children, go to court twice at taxpayers expense and get legal aid, then just end up with basically a slap on the wrist |

"The Youths on roof that were reported in the paper unfortunately led to no firm evidence."
Are these the youths that appeared on YouTube referred to earlier in this thread?
If so & the video evidence was not enough to mount a prosecution then there is no hope for Sussex Police & our MP who is also Minister of State for Policing & Criminal Justice should be asking questions. |

Unfortunately even though a lot of people know exactly who the idiots are doesn't mean they can prove this in court.
But the one who allegedly was jumipng the roofs was one of those cheating the charity and also caused a previous caravan fire in palmer road angmering that was posted on this forum last year, hopefully one day these idiots will either grow up or get put in jail... |

Also i forgot to ad that this idiot's elder brother is currently serving a long sentence for the armed robbery of a jewelers shop on the isle of wight last year, which had much news coverage and also had a video posted on youtube.
Here's hoping that he doesn't progress the same way... |

The story says they took £70 but i can tell you i was at least £400 as they have been bragging about it locally, mainly from Ham Manor residents. These idiots also recently robbed the Littlehampton tip and were prosecuted for it.
As far as i'm aware they do not have to pay any compensation to the Chesnut Tree House as reported But I may be wrong. These idiots are back in court again soon for yet another ocal crime, will let you all know the outcome of that in time. I certainly would not want these idiots to be spending any time working in or around Chesnut tree house as they will only be casing the place to see what they will be able to steal. |

The comment by the police in the recent article is incredulous. Do they honestly believe that repeat offenders such as this are capable of remorse?
With our politicians intent on abolishing prison sentences for all but major crime & the Judiciary & police softly softly approach on all but motoring misdemeanors it is time to get real & make the punishment fit the crime because the likelihood is that offences worsen as the perpetrators realise that they can get away with it.. |

I assume they are in the age range of 14-16, but I do not know.

Just an update these 2 idiots do not have to pay the £35 compensation to chesnut tree!!
I don't know exactly why and at least one of them is still wandering around the village late at night.
Probably up to no good so please be aware if you see a large youth that resembles Humpty Dumpty loitering around your property in the early hours of the morning... |
