Hello. I have been thinking of doing some volunteer work as i been out of work for sometime, and wish to get back into it again and the best way would be by volunteer work, I am just wondering if theres any in the local area of Angmering, that would not cost me any travel fare to get to. :-)
I am a volunteer in Worthing Hospital. This is a woderful job working around the hospital as needed. I know they rely heavily on volunteers.If you have (dare I say) a bus pass, the number 9 bus goes right to the doors. This is a most worthwhile and satisfying job.
They do a variety of roles. Some of it is accompanying young people in custody suites who need an appropriate adult with them to be interviewed by the police.
