I notice that the `travellers` are back in the area (Focus rear car park),wondering if the APC have plans in place to prevent a repeat of last years problems?.

The old Focus building is situated in Rustington and not Angmering and therefore it is outside APC's jurisdiction.

This is already the subject of a topic in the non-Angmering Chit-Chat Forum.
