Scouts & Guides get grants for re-roofing of HQ

Contractors started work erlier this moth on the re-felting the roof of the 1st Angmering Scouts and Guides' Headquarters in Rectory Lane, and will be on site for approximately 3 weeks. The area around the building has been fenced off for safety reasons and Health & safety documentation has been supplied by Southern Asphalte Ltd. The work will cost £9,348 and grants towards the costs have been received from Angmering Parish Council, Angmering Heritage Trust, Aubrey Fletcher Recreation Trust, Arnold Clark Community Fund and the Jack Clavey Trust. The Group raised the balance by holding fund raising events.

A/56/22/HH: Single storey rear flat roof extension. Creston, Honey Lane.
