Just to inform everybody that the fence between the Lamb Car Park and St. Nicks gardens will be closed on Christmas Day for the 24 hour period. Full access will be provided again from Boxing Day onwards.
Legal advice given states that the entrance should be closed for 24 hours in every year to protect the freehold and privacy of the Lamb Car Park, which has no right of way for the general public to gain entrance to St. Nicks.
We have been in discussions with APC for the last year on this subject and agreement was reached between us and the necessary fencing put into place. All costs were paid for by The Lamb.
We wish those that use our car park for access to St. Nicks gardens and the rest of the village a very Merry Christmas and good fortune for 2015.
