Hi everyone

Well, the Premier League season is over, the Champions League final has been played, the Euro's are about to start, BUT more important than that for us Angmering locals, is that Angmering will have it's own Youth football Team from Saturday 2nd June.

There will be team trials and training each Saturday morning 09:00 - 10:30 at the clubs pitches at Decoy Drive in Angmering. All boys and girls are welcome.

We are planning on running teams for the following 2012 Sept year groups:

Reception and Year 1 Academy training only no games
Year 2 Under 7's
Year 3 Under 8's
Year 5 Under 10's
Year 6 Under 11's
Year 7 Under 12's

From Year 2 and above the teams will play in the Arun and Chichester League and games will be played on a Sunday.

All teams are managed by FA qualified coaches and each will have a recognised First Aider. We have a club Welfare Officer to ensure the players are looked after and enjoy playing the beautiful game.

The club are looking for support from the local community in attracting new boys and girls to the club for the forthcoming season. Come and join the fun and be part of Angmering Youth Football Club's history.

For details please call Ross on 775304 or Stacy on 856534.

I'm not trying to be picky, but the Year 2 children will be Under 7's, and not U9's!! Don't want anyone getting confused.

The Club are also looking to start an under 13's side. Anyone interested please call the club.

We are also hoping to get enough Under 9's together to start a team. If anyone knows any children in the current year 3 who would like a regular game of football on a Sunday please point them in our direction.
