I see in The Gazette we have a picture of the Chairman of Angmering Parish Council in his gold chain. Who is he representing? He has received a vote of no confidence from his parish councillor colleagues, and has been found guilty by the Arun Standards Board on 9 out of 12 counts relating to standards in public office. So is he just representing himself? Could be he trying to better the 'Man with No Shame' chief executive of the NHS.
