Last year they moved the webcam further back as the chicks got bigger so you could see a larger area and most of what was going on. Hopefully they will do that this year soon so keep watching!

Are pigeons stupid or not? I was over at Chichester yesterday and was surprised how many pigeons there were flapping about in the vicinity of the cathedral - a quick swoop and a ready meal for the peregrines!

There's a story in the Gazette this week that explains that the male bird this year is not the same as the one last year. The pair had been together many years but now a new, un-ringed so origin unknown, male is with her.
