Just wanted to ask how to respond to a dark clothed, unlit virtually invisible teenage cyclist on badly lit and blind cornered Weavers Hill who asks if an expression of concern is all I've got to say.
Me neither. Take care because they are out there everywhere! Suggest best not to engage in conversation because most of them are rude and disrepectful anyway and you are likely to get thumped.
