I was told last week that Country Fayre is to end trading at Christmas ! Is there any truth in this ?
I remember some years back on this forum that there was mention of ASDA searching for sites. I was told the owner has moved to near the The Spotted Cow so maybe retirement is the reason.
Yes it is true, went there yesterday and a cshier told me they are being made redundant Chrisms Eve.She said the owner has told them the close down is to refurbish the site and open later in 2011, but she said all the staff do not believe that
It appears from Planning Application FG/33/10/ that the principal reason for redeveloping Country Fayre is to include a large Food Hall. This Planning Application is stated to also fall "within the parish of Angmering".
