Over Monday evening to Tuesday morning, there are expected to be gusts of wind between 60--70 mph and Angmering residents should make the necessary arrangements to secure their property. Rain is predicted to be persistent and heavy at times. The rain will eventually clear away to the east early on Tuesday morning to leave sunny spells and one or two showers. Cloud, wind and rain overnight will keep temperatures well above freezing. At present, there does not appear to be a risk of flooding in Angmering, but the Environment Agency and Angmering Parish Council are monitoring the situation at Black Ditch and other run-off areas.
