Since the damaged equipment at russet playground has not been made safe not adequately fenced off, it is likely that insurance is not currently valid. Bad enough that the risk of injury is not being dealt with appropriately, should a child be injured there while equipment is in disrepair this presumably will mean that apc will be liable in the event of an accident. Why has this issue not been dealt with quickly and made safe. It is a risk to children and risks apc being sued if someone gets hurt. |
