Most of the nearside half, of the southbound lane was in a poor state and the patches have gone a long way to improving this stretch of road. Not before time though.
Agreed. As someone who has to push a wheelchair with an aging parent in it around the village, the state of the sidewalks/roads is crucial. It makes me wonder how moms of young with pushchairs/prams get on - there are many sidewalks/roads to be fixed for comfort of 'pedestrian passengers'.
