Have just received the Questionnaire relating to the Neighbourhood Plan. It's a very curiously constructed document riven with leading questions, many of which seem designed to make the case for reinforcement of the the status of the Parish Council.
Are we really meant to believe it will make a difference or is it just 'consultation' for the sake of it.
