Pick Up A Card

Instructions: Only use this facility if you have received email notification that
a card has been sent to you. That email notification will contain
a Ticket Number. Enter that Ticket Number in the box below and press
the "Click To Pick" button. Do not press it if you have
not inserted a Ticket Number.
